Administration and Finance Ministry Overview: 

A select group of people who are faithful tithers, first and foremost who have the responsibility during church service to place the Coffers or collection plates out at the time of offering. After the tithes and offering have been collected, they then take all monies to the designated area where the monies are sorted by denomination, counted and recounted. The envelopes the congregation uses for tithes and offerings are also sorted at that time.  A tally sheet is dated and filled out and a deposit slip is then filled out as well. All monies and deposit slip is then placed in a bank deposit bag and then it is locked and placed in the combination safe. When all is completed, we join hands and have a word of prayer. After service a designated person takes the bag to the bank and a second person follows with the key to bag and bank.
